1. I ran across this blog today called Reference Library, and it’s full of vintage items from America’s past. This was my favorite item from browsing today. It doesn’t get much harder than this.

2. While it’s old news, I still feel the need to post that Philadelphia has been granted an MLS team in 2010. From the beginning it was evident the only reason Philly was picked was all due to it’s supporters group, Sons Of Ben. Already the club has sold over 3,000 tickets, I believe. That’s remarkable considering the marketing campaign hasn’t even really begun yet. I’m looking forward to Philly’s presence in the upcoming years. Hopefully other clubs fans will follow Philly, Toronto, Chicago, and others in support. Head over to Pitch Invasion for a more in-depth review of the new signing.
