Having A Laff Vernacular

It’s been quite awhile since I featured photographs so here’s a few I’ve come upon by browsing some of my favorite vintage photo sites. These include children to adults from the early 20th century having a laugh, and most of them are up to no good. Thanks to Shorpy, Charlie Parker, and Square America.

So Freeman’s had you drooling with their restaurant. Then they decided to help your wardrobe out a bit too with their own clothing line. Not stopping there, they included a small barber shop in the back. Wait, don’t stop there…Co-owner Taavo created his own dive bar, Rusty Knot, with help from The Spotted Pig’s main [...]

Awhile ago, the world was given a sneak peak into Kitsune and Woolrich Woolen Mills’ lines. Lately, more lookbooks and garmets have surfaced leading to some incredible new things to look forward to.

Being a fan of Rogues Gallery and everything nautical made me quite excited to see the new Men’s Vogue and it’s article featuring it’s main man’s house. Following his brand and aestetic, his house is a treasure chest of antiques from yesteryear’s that any collector or admirer would fall in love with. Make sure to [...]

A.P.C. Continues

The new A.P.C. showings continue to make strides in fashion. The winter ‘09 line has launched and has much to offer as always. The pea-coats and tweed are especially exciting. Thanks to Kempt.

Sorry for the lack of updates. My Internet is on the fringe. Hopefully all will be well soon.

Here’s a great documentary on one of the most controversial films ever made by Stanley Kubrick, adapted from Anthony Burgess’ novel.

Feels like Spring just ended, and here comes next year’s hot items. A.P.C. rarely disappoints in every form it takes, their spring footwear continues that great trend. The boat shoes continue to be on top, and the best out of every spring footwear line I’ve seen lately are the solid oxfords they’re offering. Simply incredible [...]
