The wonderful people at Levi’s gave me a peek at what they have coming up for us all next Spring. On the men’s side, there are a couple of new models and specifications that they tinkered with, but by-and-large about the same garments we’ve loved growing up. The women’s options were a bit larger with a huge seersucker/striped feel going on. My favorite of the men’s samples available had to be the khaki trousers and the denim jackets. One aspect which I can’t say I remember seeing in denim vests or jackets before had to be the pleated front which I’m way into since seeing. All in all, a fine showing!

The 506 — great, great jacket. The one with v-seams down the torso under the pockets — that’s the trucker. Also classic but more commonplace. WIsh I knew more about both of their histories.
Or is it 507? I guess? Need to do my research.
Thanks for the information. I had a feeling they renamed it the Trucker, but had no idea about the other…it was similar to the 1937/1944 cuts, but had the double breast pockets and cinch.
this is normal Levi’s, not LVC?
Correct. I covered the Levi’s LVC Spring 2010 stuff a little over 2 months ago. It’s the Prison looking spread, a lot of cinch waists, overalls, etc etc
awesome thanks! that second jacket is sick…
