The wonderful folks at L.L. Bean in Maine were gracious to let fellow bloggers, Foster and Max, take a stroll around the grounds. It’s incredible how well made garments such as the shirt below can last through nearly a century of hard labor that most of us will never endure. Says a lot about their manufacturing and dedication to their trade.
Looks like they have a stock of great vintage pieces that would be greatly appreciated to be donated to my closet. So make sure to head over to one or all three fantastic sites for great photo documentation, Restless Transplant, Plaidout, and Fat Of The Land, to see more of their expedition around the Maine shores.
