Spring Weekend Bags

I’ve recently been on the hunt for a new bag and whether it be a day at the cafes, carrying your rifle, or a weekend at the beach; you and I will probably need a bag. Here’s some newer and older, as well as more functional and stylish. There’s something for everyone.

Two additional canvas bag specialists are Mills Canvas and Beckel canvas. And there’s also the LL Bean Boat and Tote- ubiquitous perhaps, but good value and still made in the US.

The LL Bean tote is a definite must, and I’ll definitely have to check out Mills and Beckel. Thanks for the tip!

I just got hooked-up with a Klein Tools bag from a contractor friend. It is definitely nice, but I find it to be on the small side. They make a deeper one, which I would recommend.

I also have a klein tools bag and I love it. I got the 18″ variety, which is a good size. In retrospect I wish I would’ve gone with the 20″ because I often carry a book or two and my gym clothes/shoes. Great looking bags here!

Checked out the Klein tool bag at Home Depot. Nice, but my complaint is they used a lightweight canvas, so it won’t stand up on its own. That’s a prereq for a tote, IMO.

saw those superior labor bags at j crew’s new men’s store in nyc, very cool…
