Every summer at Madison Square Park, pitmasters from BBQ havens across the states come to put their cooking to the test. Thankfully, our friends at Jim & Nicks also come and grill at the New York Billy Reid flagship as well. This year, roasting an entire pig on the street for some of the best pork tacos I’ve ever had (I live in Bushwick, keep in mind). The traffic increased a great deal from last year as well.
